Payment Options:

    1. Advance Payment:
      a: Guests and customers can make 100% payment in advance when booking the preferred package(s) of interest within a year of the travel date.

      b: Payment for Day Tour Package (DTP) can be made in advance of the date of arrival. Special Reservations (SR) can be facilitated upon request at least 48 hours before the date of travel to confirm bookings. This is to source the necessary services included in the Travel/Tour Package sourced.


      c: Walk-ins from Cruise Ships can book and make payment in advance within 24 hours of the schedule date of arrival into Port of Call for Day Tour Package (DTP).

    2. Partial Payment:
      Travel Package:
      A down payment of 25% of the total cost of the Travel Package is considered as a Partial Payment. The visitor/guests/customer can choose this option to book a Travel package and confirm thirty (30) days but not less than twenty-one (21) days before their travel date.

      Complete payment for travel package(s) must be received 21 days before the travel date to confirm Bookings.

      Tour Package:
      Cruise Ship travellers can choose to use the Partial Payment Option at 25% down payment at least one (1) week in advance of embarkation.

      Cruise ship traveller (Walk-ins) are encouraged to complete payment to confirm booking(s) 24 hours prior to schedule tour to secure space(s) and to save time.

    3. Full Payment:
      Guests/visitors/customers can choose to pay in full the cost of the tour(s) or travel package(s) at will on booking confirmation up to three months before date of travel. (Payment Option 1- Advance Payment ; section (b) can be considered upon approval).

PAYMENT TYPES:

  • All payments are processed through our designated payment system.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund of 100% on tour(s) or travel package(s) are allowed 60 days before the date of arrival without any penalty charge.
  • The guests can request cancellation within 31-59 days with a service charge of 15% plus cost of arrangement deducted on bookings.
  • The guests will be charged 100% the total cost of the tour(s) or travel package(s) if they cancel within thirty (30) days to arrival.
  • The guests will be charged 100% of the total cost of the tour(s) or travel package(s) for “No Show”.
  • Partial refund of sixty per cent (60%) may be considered on upon consideration for any acts of God.
  • Refund on tour(s) or travel package(s) will not be considered after the guest knowingly accepted and participated in the tour(s) or travel package(s) activity (ies).
  • In case of Port of Call cancellation by the Ship, the guest will be allowed 100% refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking cancellation must be requested and submitted by the leader of the group to Jabiru Travel and Tours at the earliest possible. Your cancellation will be effective when it is received in writing by us.

Travel Insurance Policy:

  • Guests are encouraged to have adequate and appropriate coverage for their trip. It is mandatory for the traveller to have a Travel Insurance when visiting Belize.
